4th Venue Italia Workshop will be held in Turin from 1 to 4 February 2007.
The Venue Italia Workshop is a high-profile showcase event based on pre-scheduled, one-to-one meetings between European incentive houses, event management companies, congress organisers and corporate meeting planners on the one hand, and around 40 Italian suppliers, including hotels, historic hotels and venues, DMCs, conference centres, destinations and convention bureaus on the other.
The event is organised by
Convegni, a leading Italian publishing house specialising in conference and incentive publications, including the magazine
Venue Italia, in partnership with
Regione Piemonte (Piedmont local government) and
Torino Convention Bureau.
Participants will be accommodated at the brand-new 5-star
Principi di Piemonte Hotel, situated right in the centre of Turin. The venue for the showcase and the one-to-one meetings will be
Torino Incontra Conference Centre, at walking distance from the hotel.

Thursday 1 FebruaryArrival and check in.
Event presentation, welcome cocktail and dinner at

Friday 2 FebruaryPre-scheduled meetings with suppliers - full day.
Buffet lunch at
Torino Incontra Conference Centre.
Gala dinner at
Principi di Piemonte Hotel.
Saturday 3 FebruaryMorning: pre-scheduled meetings with suppliers.
Buffet lunch.
Afternoon: transfer to the Lingotto district.
Visit of the facilities at the
Lingotto Conference Centre,
at the Oval Lingotto (olympic venue) and at
Le Méridien Turin Art+Tech.
Dinner at
Golden Palace Hotel.
Sunday 4 FebruaryGuided tour of Turin's historic centre.
Transfer to airport according to flight schedule.
