 
The new hotel of the Italian chain is a 4-star business hotel with a modern design: this glass and steel skyscraper lies a few hundred metres from the new railway station of Venezia Mestre Ospedale, ten minutes by train from the centre of Venice.
The hotel has 168 rooms with large windows and modern furnishings, eight meeting rooms, a winter garden, a restaurant with an open kitchen, and a spa.
