The Relais & Chateaux hotel in Grottaferrata, a few kilometres from Rome, is launching all-inclusive offers both for the high and low seasons
 
The Park Hotel Villa Grazioli, housed in a cardinal’s villa dating back to the 16th century in the Roman Castles area, 20 km from the centre of Rome, is strengthening its specialisation in team-building and training events.
“For events organisers, we propose some fascinating packages for a minimum of 15 participants”, explains events and communications manager Alessandra Ruggiero.
The high-season package, valid until 14 July 2009, costs EUR 170 per person per day plus VAT, and includes: stay in a Classic single-use double room with buffet breakfast; use of one of the five meeting rooms with a capacity between 15 and 100; a three-course working lunch or alternatively a light buffet lunch with 10 choices; one or two coffee breaks and a personalised hospitality desk at the entrance to the villa.
The low-season package is valid from 15 July to 10 September 2009, and costs EUR 150 per person per day, plus VAT. As well as an overnight stay in a Classic single-use double room with buffet breakfast and use of a meeting room, it includes a light standing lunch, one or two coffee breaks and the hospitality desk.
“Both packages demonstrate the specialisation of our hotel in this type of event, and our great organisational flexibility”, continues Ruggiero. “This was evidenced by one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, which chose Villa Grazioli as the venue for a management training course because of its relaxing, homely atmosphere and the privacy it offers. In the half-day they had free, the 30 top European managers were involved in a harvesting competition at one of the wine estates in the region: divided into teams, they crushed hundreds of kilos of grapes in bare feet in wooden tubs, just like people used to do in the old days”.
