The Italian chain has signed a franchising agreement for the new UNA Hotel Regina in Torre a Mare, just outside Bari, which will further add to the group’s portfolio of quality resorts.
The UNA Hotel Regina, due to open in September 2008, is a brand new city resort 10 km from the centre of Bari and about 30 km from the international airport. It is set in a large garden and offers a spectacular view of the Puglian sea, which can be enjoyed from the terrace of the restaurant.
The guests of the hotel’s 100 rooms will be able to make use of wellness and sports facilities, including swimming pools, a gym and a spa. The property will also have a conference centre comprising a modular room with a capacity of 350 that can be divided into eight smaller rooms, and five rooms with 50 seats, all equipped with wi-fi.
