Following the launch of the Novotel Milano Malpensa Airport, the chain is now set to open a new hotel a stone’s throw from Bologna’s trade fair district, designed according to the new concept Novotel designed for natural living.
The Novotel Bologna Fiera has 207 rooms (151 non-smoking), a suite, a bar, the Novotel Café restaurant, eight meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 300, a swimming pool and fitness centre, and car parks. It is located 200 metres from the entrance to the Bologna Trade Fair, near the conference centre, and two kilometres from the city centre.
Meanwhile, renovation work continues in the chain’s other hotels to bring them up to the new standards. “The Novotel Venezia Mestre Castellana and the Novotel Roma La Rustica are already in line with the concept Designed for natural living, while by the end of summer 2008, the rooms of Novotel Bologna San Lazzaro, Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto, Novotel Milano Nord Ca’ Granda and Novotel Genova Ovest will be complete”, comments Luigi Lima, Novotel Italia’s director of operations. “By 2010, all our rooms will be part of the new generation”.
