2007 is an important year for Charming Hotels & Resorts, the network which groups independent hotels located in the world’s most striking resorts. Created 20 years ago in Rome, it is now present in 15 countries with 80 affiliated properties in the UK, China and Russia.
Its twentieth anniversary was celebrated with a Charming Day in May. To mark the occasion, it now has a completely renovated website with a new intuitive design and functions, which make it even easier to book a stay.
Thanks to the enhanced software, visitors to the website can find and book the hotel that matches their needs from the home page, which also includes a direct link to the Travel Professional section, especially devised for travel agents and events organisers (corporate and agencies) and providing exclusive access to the booking system; the Meeting & Incentive area, also accessible from the home page, contains detailed information on the hotels in Italy, Europe, North and South America and Asia.
“This year, we have invested in adapting our distribution channels to the changing market, using advanced IT systems to increase the visibility of and promote our affiliates at international level” says Raffaele La Monica, managing director of TCL SpA, which owns the Charming brand.
