The Sardinian Delphina Hotels & Resorts group, which owns and manages seven hotels and resorts in the north of the island, are basking in glory, two of them in particular: from 2007, the Hotel Capo d’Orso and the Resort Valle dell’Erica will get their 5th star.
“This is recognition of the attention and care that we always put into our work”, explains Marcello Cicalò, head of the chain’s Group and Incentive division. “This quality can be seen in all our hotels, particularly in our high-quality cuisine and our thalassotherapy centres, which are really cutting-edge”.
Mental and physical well-being is a theme running through the various incentive packages available in the chain’s hotels. Overall, Delphina has five Thalasso and Spa centres, at the Marinedda, Torreruja, Cala di Lepre, Capo d’Orso and Valle dell’Erica hotels, set up in partnership with French group Thalgo, the leader in this type of treatment.
Delphina’s hotel and meeting rooms can also cater for significant numbers. The Resort Dune Village, for example, can host events for up to 800 people, and the Hotel Marinedda Thalasso & Spa can receive up to 500 people.
“And lovers of good food can also go on a gastronomic tour of the restaurants of our hotels”, says Cicalò. “They can then have lunch in a different place every day: they can choose from 21 restaurants offering the best in local cuisine”.
